I have a pipe rack that is too big to fit into one CII model. I started with an imported model of one end of the rack and was adding 700 ft runs of pipe when CII gave me this error (see attached screen shot).

To get around this, I divided the model in to 4 parts; thinking I could run them separately and add the results together to find the loads on each pipe rack support.

My problem now is, on the other end of the rack, the pipes from different parts attach to each other. I can't divide this end to add it to the 4 parts.

The only solution I can think of is running the parts, finding the displacement at the end pipes, and then putting them in manually to the model of the end of the rack... Does this sound like it will work?

Ok, my idea won't work... didn't really think it would.
