Dear all,

Does SINGLE FLANGED and DOUBLE FLANGED NOTATIONS IN BENDS have any significant effects in Force and Moments developed, In addition to the Stress Intensification and Flexibility factors???

As per ASME B31.3 this indication only affect the SIF and Flexibility factor.

Thanks in advance.

You have answered your own question. End conditions of a bend affect the flexibility factor (stiffness) which affects its response to a bending load.
