While exporting a Caesar II report in word the following details shows in header

CAESAR II 2011 Ver.5.30.0, (Build 101122) Date: MAR 22, 2013 Time: 10:20
Job: C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\USER\DESKTOP\XXXX
Licensed To: XXXXXXXXX

but we don't need the those detail, we want to customize the report only with the following in the header
Project Name:
Report Number:
Client Logo:
etc,.

Is it possible and if yes how??

Use the "Custojm Report Writer" (it has its own toolbar in the Output Processor), and adjust the header as you need it. You can not insert a graphic logo though.

As per my understanding what you have mentioned is the "Custom Report" Toolbar (Attached for reference).
When I tried this option it works good while viewing in the CAESAR window, but while exporting it to word i found the report is not customized.

In "Mechanical Engineering News - Volume 31" provided on july 2001 (attached the extracted pages for reference) states about a WORD.BAS file for proper setup of the resulting WORD document. But i can't find the WORD.BAS file in my “\system” subdirectory.
I think if i get this file, it may helpful for me.

CAESAR II version/build, job name, and license info are believed to be important and thus non-negotiable items in the output reports. However, you can customize the MS Word report by adding company name/logo and changing the table report formatting by modifying the "OutWord.dot" file in the CAESAR II "System" directory. Use the "Headers" area to add the logo and other "persistent" info, and change/customize the "Report Table Style". Keep in mind the file is in the "Word 97-2003 Template (*.dot)" format.
