and n what load case you have problem?

I just hope you're not checking stresses for "Operating Cases" for B31.3.If that's the case, then you'll see zero stresses as Code doesn't define allowable (equstions) for that.If you want to check stresses in operating condition then use Appendix P which gives equations for Operating Stresses too!!!

I have similar problem BUT not for operation(i know it's correct).for EXP and SUS it shows zero allowable and a huge percent (for example 1120%).help me please.
