Adjust the minimum allowed bend angle in the Configuration.

That is the limit for the dialog. However, the configuration file is a text file, you can edit with NotePad. In your data directory, edit "caesar.cfg", find the directive for the minimum bend angle, and set this value to 0.02.

Is this a very large radius bend? Your lateral bearing length must be very short, perhaps too short to be real/correct.
This value is based on your entered soil data. I think you should review your soil data. And, check your units.
