Hello friends,
Do B31 codes work with axial stresses only? that mean SUS, EXP, OCC are axial stresses? What is the reason B31 committee do that?

No, B31 codes address axial, bending, hoop stress etc, dependent upon case. Read the Code, read the User Guide and other Caesar docs.
