Make sure you're running in a directory where you have read/write/delete permissions.

TEMPMAT should only exist while you're in the Piping Input - it gets deleted when you exit the input. Make sure TEMPMAT is not "write-protected".

If you can't resolve the issue, open a Support Request on eCustomer.
