I have a win7 machine and installed the CII v.5.3. It passes through the converging and iteration pop-up when I ran it, but after that, instead of showing the output file, it's showing an error: Access denied(STOPQ2 chainfile creation #5001 and Runtime Error! Program: C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\COADE\CAESAR II 5.30\OUTP)2.EXE.

I tried to install and uninstall it a couple of times but I am getting the same result.

I already replaced my .ini file and .bat

Please advise.

Error 5001 means the software can't find the ESL. This is strange that you woudl get all the way to output and the last module would have a licensing issue...

Open a Support Request on eCustomer, and send in the log file for your ESL.

Thanks Richard.

One thing more, how about this. I start my calculation and ran it in ver.5.3. Printed some report, close it and open it again. But when I ran it, it shows this(see attached file)-An Error message.

Ver

That indicates a corrupt input file. I think it would be faster if you open a Support Request on eCustomer and let the Support Group pick this up.

I've solve the problem. It was just a permissions problem solved by informatic specialist. To solve the problem you must to access the computer as administrator. It's not usual, but "specific software" sometimes require solutions like this.

I hope it helps!

Un saludo.
