Can the platform acceleration loads on piping be checked
with static analyis
as fatigue loading for say 10yr cycles ?

would it be conservative than a dynamic analysis

Are you dealing with a fixed (piled steel/ gbs) platform or some kind of FPSO ?

Its piping within a skid on a FPSO. The loads are as per NORSOK std.s

You could define these accelerations as "G" loads, and then call the load case FAT providing the desired number of cycles.
