A very good reference work is: DNV-RP-D101 - Structural Analysis of Piping Systems

and is free.

You could also check out NORSOK documents, particularly R-001 (Mechanical Equipment - includes Piping). It has a huge list of further references.

Norsok docs were produced to allow standardisation of work in the Norwegian offshore industry. They are excellent reference material and are mostly available free on the internet.
