Yes, there is a quick fix for this in version 5.30. You have to delete the Registry Key for this one as follows:
Click on the Windows Start button, select the Run command (Windows XP) or in the Search Box (Windows 7) type: Regedit
Then in the Windows Registry Editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Intergraph CAS\CAESAR II\5.30\ and right-click on the RunWRC folder and select Delete.
Then try WRC107 again, it should be fine.
