For 10" Steam header, we have 3" branch with weldolet connection.Can any one provide me any reference or SIF value?

How to calculate allowable pressure for a pipe? as Design temp/press on header is directly acting on Vent/Drain/3" branch with weldolet or sockolet etc, can able to with stand a pressure as header, I doubt to check it for myself, all connections less then 3" pipe?
