Hi everybody,

I need to model a 3/4" flange pair but I get the error “check your pipe size" repeatedly. Does any body know how can I add the flange to the CADWORX database which I am using? Or is there any other way to create the flanges?

Thank you,

I did this,it is no problem.I dont understand what is problem clearly?
But if you want insert anything from CADWorx to Caesar follow this way:
Plant\Accessory\CAESAR II\System out - Then select your object and type Y(yes)in command as answer to question, at the end you can use your model that created in CADWorx,in CAESAR II.

You can enter the flange pair as an element just like any other pipe - a From Node, a To Node and a Length. Then click on Rigid and type in your weight for that flange pair.

You need not rely on the Valve/Flange Database.

Hosein Jahani,
Thank you for your reply, I dont want to import a model. I was up to revise flange database.

Dave Diehl,
Thank you for your reply, It looks like I can not edit the flange and valve database and I have to enter the weights manually, as you suggest.
