Dear all.
What is the best procedure to follow for modeling the equipment (Rigid or Pipe). How it affect our analysis? I believe modeling as pipe by inputting actual equipment weight is correct as it would give close to real flexibility in the system especially equipment connected to large bore system. Please share your views

That depends on what the equipment is. If you're modeling a pump, use a rigid element. If you're modeling a vessel, use a pipe element.
