Hy everyone!

I'm getting an error while trying to run pipe input on 5.2 version. The title of the window is "htest: PREPIP.EXE Aplication error", and the content says something about a reading memory error.

Does anyone had already experienced this problem before?

Is it possible to solve? Do I need to reinstall the program?

Thank you!

Regards,

Diego Balbi

Do not reinstall the software, 99% of the time this does nothing.

From the Main Menu, bring up the "Configuration Module", then go to the "Graphics Settings". On this pane, scroll down until you find the setting for the Video Driver. Change this from "Opengl" to "Windows Basic Video".

See if this solves your problem.

I had the same issue. Make sure you have the right video drivers loaded on your computer. Visually, Opengl looks much better than Windows Basic Video.

One thing that we noticed is if we reset the display settings inside the Input Spreadsheet, the Video Driver will be changed back to Open GL inside the Configuration file, so you will have to go back to configuration file and change back to Windows Basic Video.

Yes, "ReSet" will do that, it resets all of the graphics configuration settings.
