Hi

i am new to the CAESAR ,

In the output reports , how "code stresses" and "Allowable stresses" values are calculated by CAESAR . which formulas are used .

Clearly you have no idea what you are using.

You should not be allowed anywhere near Caesar II until you have read the User Guide at least, and looked through the Applications and Technical Reference manuals. Answers to your questions are in there.

The "Code Stress" is the stress computed according to one of the "code equations". The exact equation depends on which Piping Code and which Load Case you're referring to.

The "Allowable Stress" is the permitted stress values, also computed according to the Piping Code/Load Case designation.
