Hi,
how can I model an anchor in a pipeline that goes to the ground with 45° (I'm going to put the anchor in the point that pipeline crosses the floor), I'd like to model the anchor parallel to the floor in that point.

It doesn't matter, because an anchor restrains all 6 degrees of freedom. Just put the anchor at the node point.
