I had a very large UG piping system. I'm now having difficulties to extract the Restraint force required to further design the thrust block.

Is anyone know how to exclude the bi-linear result from Restraint Summary Extended?

Is there any filter option I can choose from?

There is no filter based on restraint type - sorry.

If you only have a few thrust blocks I would suggest renumbering them (and associated elements). This way you could filter on the thrust block node numbers.
