Are you asking about "picking up" or "lifting" a piping system?

In addition to the normal load cases, can we build a load case for lift up instead of removing the lift up restraint from the model?

Yes. In Chapter 6 of the Technical Reference Manual, see the section on "Hot Sustained Load Cases".
