My first assumption would be the OPENGL driver for the graphics board on this machine. Go into the Configuration, and in the "Graphics Settings" section, scroll down to the last "Miscellaneous Option". Change this from "OPENGL" to "Windows Basic Video".

I don't think so. Actually, if I open an example or an old file by previous version (4.5 or 5.1), the piping input screen appear in a few seconds, then the message come follow (as in the picture). So, that's mean I have to click the button "Close program" with no other choices.

However, when I make a new file, it's ok, no problem. CII also installed on another PC in my company, and it's work fine (not as my PC).

Can you explain the reason ?

I've also read the similar thread about this topic in the below link, but may be the thread doesn't have final answer.

That thread refers to a different problem, related to closing and reopening the Input when "tearables" were left open. I can see from your screen shot above that this is not the case.

Did you try my suggestion regarding switching from the OPENGL driver? That is the only known cause for the Input Processor to startup properly but immediately crash.

Dear Mr. Richard,

I have tried your solution (switch to windows basic) and it works fine. But when I want to see animation result in volume status, this problem appears again.

What should I do ?

Best Reagards.

We can't reproduce this problem, animation works here no matter what we do.

Please confirm exactly what "build" you have installed (version and build are shown on the Main Menu in the lower right hand corner).

Also, from \Diagnostics, please run the "CRC Check" and let me know if you get any errors.

Is the animation failing for all jobs or just one?
