Hi,

I use CII ver 5.10 along time. I rarely found technical problem about the input file. During I'm input in CII there is some pop up window and then main window is closed. I have try to open this file but it show the error message "Error, it can not be open due to it generate from CaesarII ver. 0.00" something like this. Sorry I can not rememeber the exact contents. I also found the capacity of input file (*.a) is less than it should be.

I have to reinput all again and save spare all time. Please note that there is no electrical interupting and network is ok.

Please advise.
Thanks..

A version number of zero indicates a corrupt input file. It would be very helpful if you could recall anything strange that happened to cause this. If you have a backup of your file, you should replace things with your backup.

If you haven't made a backup, CAESAR II makes them here:
"C:\Documents and Settings"YOUR LOGIN ID"\Local Settings\Application Data\CAESAR II v.5.10", where "YOUR LOGIN ID" will vary from user to user.

You'll find a subdirectory here for each job, with a number of piping input files. Take the most recent and start from there.
