Can You help me with the next question

How can I drafting a nozzles on an API 650 storage tank, the roof is dome type?

Can you give me some information about the allowable loads on nozzels of API 650 storage tank, the roof is dome type?

API-650 Appendix P defines the nozzle stiffnesses and allowable load qualification procedure. Be careful with these allowables, since they are not single values (like the allowable stress for a pipe). Rather these are limiting values for the axis of the figures in Appendix P. To qualify an API-650 nozzle you really have to draw the figure and plot your loads.

No. The API-650 methodology is for "low tank nozzles".
