When you have a nozzle that comes out at an angle that does not fall along the X or Z axis system, I usually make a copy of the model file and then rotate the whole model so that the nozzle fall on an principal axis. This will then give you forces/moments at your nozzle that are then easy to compare to a load table.
Caesar is just a giant, fancy calculator. Let it do the work of crunching numbers for you (in this case, rotating and transforming the coordinate system) so that you can use your brainpower to do the analysis on the data provided.
