I need to input discharge pipes of two bolier feed pumps, the nozzles have different co ordinates.
Is it possible to place this two pipes with the help of co ordinates?

Yes. Use the "global coordinates" option and CAESAR II will prompt you for the coordinates of the starting node of each disconnected pipe segment.
