Do you mean transportation, such as a process module being shipped from a constrction site via a barge to a platform offshore ?

Or maybe a transient load case ? That's quite different. Please be more specific.

I will make my assumption that you are reffering to an occasional loading which is very clear in the code. Spend time in the code, equivalent book or an easy way "just read the past post"..
