I am using A790 S31803 material for a pipe for which I see from B31.3 Allowable stress table (Table A-1)the minumum Temperature is -60 F. but when I specify a Temperature of -25 C CAESAR-II (Version-5.1) throws a error message saying that "the specified temperature is out of range of the material". I do not find any documents in ASTM that saying the least temperature at which this material shall be used. can any one help me on this?

Somewhere in your model something is less than the minimum allowed. Don't forget to check "ambient".
