I have a question.
Anyone answer please.
For example :in the vertical pump system
largr size(20") top nozzle ,and then how to check fluid density weight?
sustained cases =w+p
w=pipe weight + fluid weight
By the way, from nozzle vertical line length is 4000 mm
I think pipe weight + fluid weight(4000mm),so over load in sustained case.
how about you this case? some enginer say to excep fluid weight(4000mm).

I think, It is right not to consider the 4000mm fluid weight because it's force due to weight is not a nozzle load... just like any container it's pressure appear in its bottom.
