i have been proving myself since long about considering nozzle loads from EXP case as a realsitic approach towards setting up methodology for allowable nozzle loads for turbines and compressor as in reality the sustained loads are tends to zero so only what we need to worry about is EXP loads ( while adopting therse stress engineers take deep care that theoretical SUS loads from CAESAR II do not violate Fresultant = 1000 N in general and Mres = 500 N.m in general irrespective of diameter and rating)

please provide your suggestions

Yes, you need to check your ego at the door and accept the fact that the composite wisdom of the rest of the world goes far beyond your own views.

I don't think you expressed your problem clearly.

If your opinion is that only the EXP loads matter... I would take serious disagreement with that.
