I would like to know if in I modulate static thus exists some form that caesar II gives the frequency of the system drawn up, of being as they are the steps to do it.

A static analysis will not provide the Natural Frequencies of the model.

Go to "Dynamic Input", then:
- set the analysis type to "Modal"
- Go to Control Parameters and set the "Static Load Case" for non-linear restraints to your dominate OPE load case.
- perform the "Dynamic Analysis".
