CAESAR II last built,
when generating the underground model, the pipe densities
disappear...(all of them set to zero...)..
Is this a bug?

Is there a way to replicate a number of times an element other
than duplicating it "n" times?

thanks in advance...

No, the densities are reset to zero purposely. You're attempting to simulate a continuous beam on an elastic foundation. There will be no weight stress. The only way to achieve this in a discretized model is to set the densities to zero.

thanks. I guess that it could be handy to have the option of not resetting the densities for some particular cases, but it can be group edited anyhow.

Why did you bother to ask the question if you're going to disregard the answer?

How will you check the expansion of pipes(coming out of the ground) when the densities are zero, or will it give the correct expansion?

CAESAR II only sets the densities to zero for the buried sections of pipe.
