For checking the Nozzle loads at the Pump as per API 610,
do we need to check for the design temperature of the piping ?

The API std. says MAWP and the corresponding temperature...

It depends on your project requirement, although my experience has shown that most consultancies stick to OPERATING CONDITION check only.
