can you please tell me ,what are the assumptions that the CAESAR II makes while carrying out the analysis?

It assumes the operator has all/either

a)attended Caesar trainig course (Very good)
b)Has read and fully understood instruction manuals
c)Has good piping design/mechanical background

I cannot suggest to you stongly enough to attend one of the training courses, they are excellent.
