Hi Friends

As per table D-300 (B31.3) if the D/t ratio of the header is more than 100 , the SIF can not be calculated by the presented methods, What are the guide lines concerning this ratio limitation?

Thanks & Regards

guidelines???

As stated the SIFS in the code may be (Or should I say are to some extent) incorrect for high D/t ratio piping components.
