Please do not use the [Poll] option for general posts. A poll is a set of questions with multiple choice answers that readers select from. This is not a poll.
1) No, you only have to define the wind on the element it (the wind) starts on. The wind load will be distributed forward until you either change it or turn it off.
2) To specify a "tee", double click the "SIF & Tee" check box. Specify the tee node and the tee type.
3) I'm not sure what you're asking here. You can specify concentrated forces by checking the "Forces & Moments" check box, then specify the node and the loads. Temperatures and pressures are specified on the left hand side of the spreadsheet, near the bottom of the dialog.
