1. How do I represent Cladding for my vessel in PV-Elite. Shell will be CS and Cladding SS.

Cladding is not allowed for inclusion in the vessel calculation (thickness calculations), unless specifically allowed by the Code in some cases. For those cases, the thickness of the SS cladding has to be included in the minimum thickness calculations, using the allowed design stress.
