I see in the notes of the latest patch file for v4.50 that Coade has added the ability to include a custom header.doc file to include information like a compnay logo to printout on Caesar reports using the export to word utility.

I've been digging but I don't yet see any guidelines on how it should be built/configured and how it interacts with the header that Caesar already generates for the Word file. (i.e. does it replace the default header info? And if so, are there codes I can include in my replacement file to retain some of the default header info, like the file name, etc?)

Any chance of posting an example file to the download section to illustrate how to build the header file? I'd certainly like to be able to set one up to include my company's logo on our reports.

Thanks,

The contents of header.doc are used as the "top most" page header. The expected report headers are then placed on the page.

For an example header file, download this sample , and place it in your \caesar\system directory.

If you don't like using custom header, just delete header.doc.
