Anyone else having any issues with topworks disappearing in your xrefs?

It seems like no matter what I do, if I xref a model containing topworks components, the topworks either gets partially drawn, or is completely gone. Even the partially drawn stuff disappears once I change the view.
Tested this on multiple machines with different video cards (ati and nvidia).

I am having the same issue and this is also a problem with every drawing I open or when trying to view models in Navisworks.
A work around is to use the ‘CONVERTSOLID’ command on the drawing or if is from an xrefed drawing you need to edit reference in place and do a ‘CONVERTSOLID’. This will restore the topworks and insulation but you will need to do it every time you open a drawing with xrefs. If you need to see the drawings in Navis you can do an ‘NWCOUT’ and open that file with navis and you will see the topworks.

I have submitted a ticket with CADWorx about this issue but have had no response yet.

Do you have the top works set up on a separate layer (and turned off)?

Are the topworks attached to the valve (with the intelligence in tact)?

I have found the solution to the topworks and insulation not showing in xrefs and Navisworks.
The problem is CADWorx 2013 is not completly compatable with AutoCAD 2013.
The solution is to set AutoCAD 2013 to save as 2010 version and everything will be visible in both xrefs and with Navisworks

A new build was released today that addresses the issue of disappearing topworks files.
