API 610

I have an API 610 pump case which some individual force and moment Fx , My exeed the allowable range specified in table 2.1A by a factor not more than 2 but satisfy all the conditions (F-1-2-b , F-1-2-c) of API appendix F.
Caesar II API 610 Analysis last line says that "Overall Pump Status ** FAILED **"
But according to appendix F the pump pass the conditions.Why?

Undoubtedly one or more interaction equations are not passing, I recommend you look at a copy of API-610, study it and see how your loads cause an interaction to fail.

Just because your values meet the tabular values does not mean when combined they will still meet the required loadings.

you may missed to give the value for the field "factor for table 4 allowable" in the input data sheet, provide 2 for allowable factor and check .
