Hai all,

When a trunnion is attached to pipe, is there any possibility to check local stresses in CAESAR II ?

There are some simple adjustments you can make to the elbow SIF & k. See the SIF Scratchpad in the input processor (from Main Menu click on Environment, then the bend SIF).
For a more detailed evaluation you may look into purchasing FEATools.
